We’ll collaborate with you to determine the best way to manage inbound phone calls for your restaurant. Typically, our AI assistant handles all calls, with the option for callers to transfer to a restaurant phone if needed. We’ll provide you with all the available options and customize the setup according to your preferences

Based on your preferences for handling calls, we will configure everything on the backend to ensure your solution runs seamlessly.

After finalizing the menus and phone provisioning, we will conduct a test phase to ensure our AI assistant is functioning correctly. Complex menu items might require the creation of aliases, and certain options may need additional configuration. We’ll fine-tune everything to ensure smooth operation.

We will test all inbound phone calls and make sure Phone Assist is answering other questions (Hours, Directions, Reservations, etc) correctly.

When you're ready, we'll activate the system, and our AI will take over answering all calls, every time.
